Our Residency includes:

- Facilitated affinity groups representing diverse members within your community/organization to identify key issues and
challenges, confidentially in a safe space.

- Interactive Theater Sessions for intersecting affinity groups and eventually, the entire community/organization using scenarios based on affinity group discussions and exploring essential feelings, needs, and solutions from all participants in the spirit of inquiry, and openness increasing abilities to speak across racial, cultural, economic and gender divides.
